Much of Sanju Sahai's teaching is done on a private one to one basis and open to people of all ages and all abilities. Why take private lessons? They are often more expensive than group classes, and often much shorter as well. Why do students decide to take them? Well, there are many benefits. The teacher can focus on YOU, your strengths, and the areas you need to work on. As long as you practice, your tabla playing may well improve faster than if you learn in a group.
Sanju Sahai has spent the last 20 years teaching Tabla at SOAS (School of Oriental and African Studies) in London to undergraduate, post graduate and masters level students from all over the globe.
